La Pinza Freno CNC Accossato è stata realizzata utilizzando le migliori tecnologie e i materiali piu’ innovativi. La struttura della pinza viene realizzata in monoblocco ed è ricavata dal pieno con macchine CNC a 5 assi. La forma delle pinze è stata realizzata eseguendo complessi studi CAD, per garantire il minor peso possibile, il livello ottimale di rigidità del corpo e la miglior capacità di dissipazione del calore generato dalla frenata. Durante la lavorazione meccanica, il corpo pinza viene controllato al 100% dalle macchine da laboratorio tridimensionali, nella fase successiva, il prodotto viene ossidato attraverso un apposito trattamento in ossido duro, che gli conferisce una resistenza prolungata nel tempo. - I tappi di chiusura cilindrici in alluminio sono stati progettati per ottenere una chiusura a tenuta meccanica. - Caratteristiche Tecniche: - Tecnologia monoblocco ricavata CNC - Materiale Ergal 7075 ossidato in ossido duro - Interasse:108 mm - Off-set: 22,5 mm - N° 4 pistoni (AGPIT34) in titanio auto-ventilati, Ø34 mm - Sistema a 4 pastiglie (non incluse, in 2 possibili mescole: AGPA134 EV1, in carbon ceramica, AGPA134 EV2, in carbon ceramica progressive) per garantire un’eccellente capacità di raffreddamento.
