After numerous requests, Extreme Components is pleased to present the new Carbon Fiber fairing for BMW M1000RR 2020/2022 made by laminating pre-impregnated fabrics (twill woven) in an autoclave at 5 BAR pressure and 90 ° temperature, to guarantee maximum lightness and resistance at the same time.

The finish is molded glossy and is so perfect that it can be directly glued.

After two years of incessant development of all special components for the BMW S1000RR, now is the time for the top-of-the-range version of our racing fairings, made with the same technology that we use to make parts for some MotoGP teams.

Thanks to the insertion of calibrated bushings in the molds, the hulls are already perforated, thus eliminating any possibility of error during drilling and ensuring perfect couplings between the various sections, with no margin for error.

Another very important detail is the work we carried out on the fairing, made with a particular curvature that improves the aerodynamic performance of the entire fairing also thanks to the use of our exclusive plexiglass developed specifically for this fairing, as always with DOT certified material.

We have made a specific separation between the fairing and the sides in order to make it possible to install the wings of the M1000RR version directly in the sides, and not like in all the other fairings in which the wings must be installed with the upper part fixed to the fairing and the lower part fixed to the side, preventing quick and easy disassembly.

The side panels already have the appropriate holes for installing the M1000RR wings.

Technical Specifications Fairings and Parts in CARBON:

• Thanks to the use of high temperatures and the vacuum technique, the hulls are extremely resistant, refined and shiny

• Drilled and not equipped with any quick releases

• Ready to assemble, no modification needed

Always sensitive to the most technologically advanced materials, thanks to the direct collaboration with the best producers of pre-preg fibers, in addition to the twill carbon version, the same hull configuration can also be made in Black Fiber, that is a special pre-impregnated fiber that it works like carbon (in an autoclave) and guarantees performance in terms of lightness and resistance similar to carbon at a much lower price.

This version is particularly suitable for use in championships and categories where the use of carbon fiber is prohibited.

Considerably superior to the aviofibre which remains a material made cold and not in an autoclave, our Black Fiber fits in price and quality between our Epotex (similar to the avofibre) and the Carbon Twill.
