Yoshimura presents Yamaha Tenere 700 RS-12 ADV Slip-on.

The Yamaha Tenere 700, or T7 as it is affectionately called, is finally here and we are super excited about it and its possibilities!

The 689cc parallel-twin engine platform has been used in the MT-07 for years and is arguably perfect for both newbies and serious off-road adventure riders.

We wanted to give the new T7 more oomph, so we enlisted the help of our brand new RS-12 ADV slip-on system.

With our patent pending PTF insert system, installing an acoustic insert or spark arrestor becomes a breeze!

The RS-12 ADV has added horsepower and torque across the entire power spectrum!

Peak horsepower was up 3.7% and peak torque was up 2.4%.

The exhaust note that the RS-12 provides to the new Yamaha is perfect!

The new RS-12 end cap design improves durability and eases maintenance over other sandwich mount designs more commonly found in the industry.

The new, patent-pending Precision Taper Fit (PTF) insert ring simplifies the installation and removal of acoustic inserts and spark arrestors.
