Hydroforming is an incredibly refined technology which consists in the deformation of the metal by the thrust exerted by a fluid brought to very high pressure; thrust that makes the sheet adhere to the wall of the mold.

This is how we managed to obtain an incredible shape with variable volumetry without welding.

The end result is a unique, sinuous, exciting product, for an absolutely excellent outflow of exhaust gases, with incredibly reduced sheet thicknesses, mechanically very rigid and with an absolutely record lightness.
