The design of the shell complies with the R75 Shape safety standard, maximizing the shell's ability to deflect the energy of any impacts without generating dangerous rotational forces.

The absence of edges or exaggerated protrusions is a precise construction choice adopted by Arai, but simply because it is the shape in order to ensure maximum protection.

It is also the reason why the MX-V was able to pass the new ECE R22-06 approval so smoothly.

An obsession that led us to create the most resistant and smooth external shells possible to maximize the helmet's ability to deflect energy as per the in-house criteria that all Arai helmets must meet.

The external shell in PB-CLC2 is made using an agglomerate of special resins (Z-compound) and reinforcing ribs that lower the center of gravity.

Whether it's Motocross or Enduro, ventilation is essential.

The front and rear air intakes serve to introduce fresh air inside the helmet.

The peak is aerodynamically optimized to minimize aerodynamic resistance and channel the flow towards the air intakes.

The interiors are completely removable, washable and customizable in various millimeters.

Arai internal standard. Outer shell as smooth and resistant as possible and internal shell in EPS with differentiated densities in a single piece (Arai world exclusive).

Air vent on the mouth.

Mounted from the outside to further improve penetration resistance. One-piece stainless steel mesh grille provides a spray barrier while minimizing mud build-up.

The bezel is removable and easy to clean.

Dry-Cool® lining.

The fully removable and washable Dry-Cool® inner lining was developed and tested for MotoGP.

It uses water microcells to improve the transfer of moisture and heat from the head to the airflow and dries much faster than normal fabrics. Keeps your head cool and dry on long journeys.

Facial Contour System (FCS).

To offer an even better fit and increase the comfort of the jaw, the Facial Contour System (FCS) uses a spring support in the cheek pads that compresses and creates a rebound effect.

Innovative sun visor.

Arai's sun visor draws and forces air into the frontal vent holes for cooling while simultaneously utilizing multiple exhaust ports to reduce the lift effect at high speeds. Dirt removal.

The elongated and rounded visor helps protect against mud and other objects. Removable front and rear vents allow for easy cleaning.

Eyewear strap guides.

The design characterized by side cuts at the level of the visor opening and raised air intakes allows you to firmly fix the goggle band even during the most extreme uses.
