Engine guards entirely machined from solid through 3D machining of the brand new BMW S1000RR / S1000R / M1000RR.
As with the footpegs, the engine guards are also part of a new line created directly in our factory with the use of all the technologies and know-how that we have been using for years for the creations used in the MotoGP world championship by the best teams such as Red Bull KTM AJO, Monlau Competicion Estrella Galicia, Leopard racing, Pons racing etc.
All the attachments, at least three for protection, are made by creating a counterbore to house the bolts so that they guarantee the dissipation of the energy caused by any impact and protect them for easier disassembly in case of replacement.
The whole kit is worked up with 0.8 CNC steps and the final treatment is done by bright anodizing to bring out even more the precious mechanical processes we perform.
As always from our historian, maximum protection thanks to the use of sliders integrated into the contact points in the event of a slip

- use of the finest aluminum alloys, they guarantee a lower weight with the same strength
- 3D machining with a 0.8 mm pitch that enhances the details
- new finish using bright anodizing which gives a particular shine and increases its durability over time.
