The tank cover for 2019 BMW Racing models is made in one piece and encloses the tank behind the seat.

To achieve a particularly harmonious overall appearance, the fiber layers are inserted into the mold and aligned by experts.
The carbon part fits perfectly into the surrounding shapes of the bike.
The more parts are installed and combined, the more amazing the result will be.

 The material, which is carefully hand-rolled and autoclave-hardened in several stages, impresses not only with its unique appearance but also with its unique technical properties.

It has a specific rigidity three times higher than that of steel for the same volume and at the same time, thanks to its particularly low density, weighs only a fraction of the weight.

To optimally protect this high-quality material from all kinds of environmental influences, a specially developed plastic coating is used on all surfaces.
In combination with our clear varnish, this ensures a unique and previously unattainable depth effect, which particularly underlines the high quality of the material.
