Hello,
Are both the clutch and brake levers adjustable? On TWM's site it looks like only the GP1 brake lever is adjustable and the clutch one is not and there is separate adjustable clutch lever. Is it better to buy this instead + a clamp with thread for mirror - https://www.wrs.it/en/master-cylinders/107957-179772-comando-frizione-twm-con-micro-switch-universale.html#/75-lever_length-lunga ? Will it work with the 2 microswitch setup of the S1000R '18 ?

Dear Tsvetan,
The clutch comand are you looking is adjustable.
You cannot exchange your original clutch with the TWM, because your motorbike has two microswitch. So you can fit the TWM comand, but you have to do an adjustation with a very small tube where you can fix both of your microswitch.
