Material: Billet aluminum

The steering plates are made with a monolithic structure, formed by a single block, guaranteeing very high precision, drive-ability and safety.

Each new plate is now supplied with Titanium screws which further lighten the weight compared to the previous models.

Thanks to the use of special tools and new machining, the new steering plates are processed with 0.6 mm machining that enhance the details and improve their aesthetics.

All new triple clamps are treated with shot peening, an operation that consists in surface hammering performed cold by means of a violent jet of spherical pellets, which causes a surface compression of a few tenths of a millimeter, and serves to increase the resistance of the material by delaying or eliminating definitely the breakups associated with stress.
