MELOTTI RACING PAIR OF HANDLEBARS

Developed to match our upper triple clamp and built with the proven technology of our GP model.

Technical description:

-As in use in modern GP and SBK, an Allen key binds the handlebar and steering plate allowing a continuous rotation of 14 ° of the handlebar itself, from the original opening to the racing one.

This solution gives a further advantage in terms of safety for the driver and facilitates the set-up operations in the pits both in the case of

disassembly of the forks (the half-handlebars remain attached to the upper plate) and for adjusting the half-handlebar opening.

-We have adopted a front truncated-cone type cuff-socket coupling system of GP derivation to obtain high rigidity and minimum external dimensions.

-This choice offers as a further advantage the possibility of exploiting the entire length of the socket for mounting the controls

- Predetermined collapse section to avoid overloading the fork sleeve, irreparably damaging the internal hydraulics in case of failure of the socket (cause of a fall).

-The half-handlebar is also equipped with an anti-rotation and anti-slip system. This solution guarantees maximum safety and allows the quick and precise positioning of levers and push-button panels for teams that use the preassembly of commands on the posts, should it be necessary to remove the post from the cuff following a fall.

-Nonio for adjusting the corner opening of the handlebars. The combination with our upper steering plate makes registration extremely easy and fast without the use of special masks

-Double stainless steel screw for tightening the bracelet

-On the end of the stub there is an indispensable vernier if you need to shorten it to a size more suited to your needs
