Extreme Components is proud to present the new line of Carbon Fiber parts for Honda CBR 1000 RR-R / SP 2020/2024.

After the many products already produced and already available like adjustable rearsets, engine protections, adjustable handlebars, racing clutch control, Epotex fairings, racing windscreen high protection and many other, we focused on the carbon fiber parts to increase ever more the great look and the protection of the bike in case of crash.

All the parts are made using the best pre-preg Carbon fiber, twill weave 200 gr. in autoclave worked to guarantee the best quality and resistance.

Frame and swingarm protections are reinforced with carbon kevlar in the zone where where the bike could touch the ground in case of crash offering a higher resistance and better protection to the parts under the covers.

The front mudguard accurately reproduce the shape of the OEM model while our special rear mudguard guarantee a better protection to the rear shock and makes the bike look even better.

All the parts are plug & play and supplied glossy finish (matte finish on request).

INFORMATION AND TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:

• Lighter than the instrument holder with original or aftermarket airbox tube

• Air flow and increased pressure inside the aibox

• Limited risk of breakage in the event of a fall

• Can be used with original dashboard and any type of aftermarket dashboard

• Laminated with a special epoxy resin developed to our specifications

• The outer layer is made of black gelcoat (mold gloss)

• Unidirectional carbon reinforcements in the fixing points for easy assembly and greater durability

• The most elastic in the market for fairings and parts made with cold rolling

• Unpainted parts

• To be drilled and not equipped with any quick releases

• Fixing points are indicated in the individual parts
