Anti-friction smoothness kit Bushings and Oil Seals

Reduce friction:

During braking, the fork structure undergoes deformations (ovalization) which increase friction.
The friction of the fork, with the original bushings and oil seal, is high especially at the beginning of the movement.
This occurs due to the phenomenon of surface bonding.

BITUBO selects the best sliding bushes inserted in Ergal seats designed to reduce the friction surfaces during ovalization.
Performance is brought to the highest levels by combining gaskets with a low friction coefficient.
The only turnkey product to avoid the inaccuracy of handmade.

The KIT S (lower bushings) is developed to increase the smoothness of the fork because it drastically reduces this value, improving smoothness,
the more the fork sliding speed increases.

Technical features:

Pair of bushings inserted in a dimensionally calibrated Ergal 7075 ring, pair of rod oil seals, self-lubricating impregnation treatment.
