For the 2025 Honda CBR 1000 RR-R, Spark has developed a complete range of racing exhaust systems, designed for those who passionately live the track and demand only the best in performance, style, and quality.

The R&D department has worked for months to offer a new evolution with manifolds designed and sized to optimize the performance of the Japanese superbike's new engine.

This configuration also allows for the introduction of a valve (made entirely of titanium) or a pre-silencer to further reduce noise, in accordance with the new European circuit regulations.

Each system is born from experience gained in the most competitive championships, with the aim of offering smoother power delivery, real power gains, and an engaging sound.

Every Spark exhaust is entirely designed and manufactured in Italy, with meticulous attention to quality, performance, and design.

The first offering is the GHO8847T kit, equipped with full-titanium header pipes with a 1-2, 3-4 crossover, billet titanium rings, and a Konix Evo silencer, the ultimate expression of Spark's racing approach.

The conical titanium case and angular carbon fiber end cap give the CBR 1000 RR-R a bold and recognizable look.

The full-titanium option with exhaust valve is the GHO8850T kit with a 450 mm Force Evo silencer, crafted from titanium with elegant ribbing and a carbon fiber end cap.

Also available in a version with a pre-silencer (GHO8849T), this system optimizes performance while complying with the increasingly stringent noise regulations of European racetracks, while also offering refined design and high performance.

The Grid-o full titanium silencer kit, GHO8848T, is highly popular in markets without noise restrictions.

This muffler is made entirely of titanium, with visible TIG welding that highlights the craftsmanship and attention to detail.
