The R&D Spark has dedicated a long work to the Japanese 3 -cylinder up to define different proposals for complete kits capable of enhancing the design, sound and performance of this bike.

The first important challenge was the study of a Complete euro5+ approved kit, for regular road circulation, able to increase the performance of the motorcycle, without any intervention on a map or control unit. Spark's long experience on 3 -cylinder engines, for example in Moto2, it was undoubtedly an excellent starting point to size the collectors in the best way and then combine them with a unique catalyst among those offered on the market, performing, with a number of racing cells and a very strong impregnation.
 

For the approved versions it was possible to reach the decibels provided for by the legislation thanks to a pre-signizer made of AISI304 stainless steel with very thin thicknesses that lightens the bike, with a Design perfectly integrated to the lines of the motorcycle same. The development has been paid great attention to the Sound: extremely dark to a minimum and capable of maintaining the spectacular aspiration of the three -cylinder. From an aesthetic point of view, the proposals are different to meet the preferences of the most demanding motorcyclists.
 

The novelty 2024 For the Japanese naked it is a kit absolutely outside the box, a 3 outputs, which requires the use of latest generation machinery such as 3D laser for asymmetrical coupling of the output mouths. This complete kit is approved EURO5+ and composed of the AISI304 stainless steel collectors, 3In1 connection with a catalyst and is characterized by a silence box with 3 output mouths. 3, exactly like the Japanese CP3 cylinders. The outputs are embellished with a grid with a strong racing connotation. This option provides for the possibility to choose the full titanium silencer Grid-o, Exactly the same 2020 world champion silencer in Moto2, with exposed TIG welding (Gya8886Tom).

Available in 2 different finishes: Scotch Britite, in stainless steel (Gya8888iom) or with black ceramic treatment (Gya888bom). This proposal retains the double exit as the original exhaust but, Thanks to the outputs enriched with a grid with a strong racing connotation, Buy great personality without distorting the essence of the bike.

Finally the racing and extreme proposal: Complete kit with AISI304 stainless steel collectors (Gya8891t), 3In1 racing connection with Titanium snail with tig welding and Grid-o silencer with low passage.
