The R&D department of the QD Exhaust company has created a complete system tailored to the new Aprilia RS660 and Tuono 660.

Lightness, sound, design and great power were the 4 guidelines followed for the creation of this true Superbike exhaust.

The manifold pipes are made of TIG welded AISI 304 stainless steel.

The manifolds have a diameter of 42mm, where two solid billet bushings have been prepared for housing the original lambda probes. The manifolds fit into a 2-in-1 below the engine crankcase. The central connection is made up of a pre-silencer where the catalyst is housed to obtain Euro5 homologation, sold separately you can purchase the de-catalytic connection to make the bike even more fluid and performing. The connecting pipe leading to the silencer has a diameter of 52mm and is covered by a designed carbon fiber heat shield, made within our QD Composit department, protects the rider's shoes from the heat.

The silencer is available in two versions.

It is possible to mount the latest addition to the GUNSHOT DARK MATTER series created and developed by the experience of our racing department. The external body is made of titanium with a ceramic-based paint resistant to high temperatures, the carbon cap takes up the line that distinguishes all the QD silencers but further reduces their weight. Inside we find the now characteristic GP Style grille. Below is the dB killer which can be easily removed while maintaining the rear grille. To further embellish the silencer there is a new riveted aluminum plate.

Alternatively, it is possible to mount our characteristic Tri Cone Magnum series silencer with die-cast magnesium end cap and titanium body, also with removable dB killer.
