REAR FENDER CARBON EXTREME COMPONENTS

Extreme Components is pleased to present the first carbon fiber creations for the flagship bike of the Noale manufacturer, the Aprilia RSV4 1100 Factory 2021/2022.

As always, our parts guarantee maximum lightness and strength thanks to the technologies and materials we use and thanks to the experience gained in the production of parts for the best MotoGP teams.

The parts are made in an autoclave, naturally with the vacuum technique, using pre-preg carbon fiber (woven twill) with pressures ranging from 5 to 8 BAR and temperatures from 60 ° to 100 °, depending on the part to be made.

The lamination is done manually to carefully choose the arrangement of the fibers and to achieve the best possible result in terms of aesthetics and functionality, applying where necessary or in the points most subject to contact with the ground, a layer of carbon Kevlar to prevent any type of abrasion.

The frame and swingarm protections, the front and rear mudguards are compatible with both Aprilia RSV4 1100 Factory and Tuono V4 1100 Factory (both models 2021/2022).

The front fender is also compatible with Aprilia RS660 & Tuono 660.

The parts are totally Plug & Play, pre-drilled and ready for installation.

These new creations are added to the numerous parts already available in the catalog such as multi-adjustable footrests, engine guards machined from solid, adjustable handlebars and much more.
